6月9日,山东省《现代企业工资收入分配制度研究》课题开题研讨会在莱芜钢铁集团股份有限公司召开。省劳动和社会保障厅厅长、课题组长李戈,副厅长、副组长张德佑出席会议。会议邀请了国家劳动和社会保障部工资研究所所长苏海南,莱钢总经理李名岷、副总经理宋兰祥参加了研讨会,参加会议的有省劳动和社会保障厅特邀研究员王玉振、邹德远、王昌铭、杜志言、崔家泉、张贤友、毕娴,该课题组全体成员,省厅办公室、计划工资处的负责同志参加会议。山东省《现代企业工资收入分配制度研究》课题,是省劳动保障厅根据党的十五届四中全会精神和劳动保障工作的现实要求确定的。建立和完善现代企业制度,是社会化大生产和市场经济的必然要求,是公有制与市场经济相结合的有效途径,是国有企业改革的方向。研究建立和完善现代企业工资收入分配制度具有十分重要的意
