我所受盐田国际集装箱码头有限公司工程部委托,于1997年曾对盐田港3.5万吨、5万吨级集装箱码头格型钢板桩结构进行了防腐蚀情况调查。该码头1993年建成,码头岸线全长695.60m,水深—13m、—14m,码头平面结构见图1。为延长码头使用年限,对钢桩曾采用如下的防腐措施:潮差区采用涂层与牺牲阳极联合保护;水下及泥下区采用牺牲阳极法阴极保护。到目前为止,该码头已建成五年之久,为了全面了解其防腐蚀情况。我们进行了以下检查;全面检测钢桩保护电位;检查钢桩水位变动区防腐蚀情况;潜水检查铝阳极腐蚀溶解余量尺寸和水下电视录像检查铝阳极表面溶解情况。
I was commissioned by the Engineering Department of Yantian International Container Terminal Co., Ltd. In 1997, I conducted a survey on the corrosion prevention of steel sheet pile structures of 35,000 tons and 50,000 tons of container terminal in Yantian Port. The pier was completed in 1993, the quay shoreline length of 695.60m, water depth -13m, -14m, pier structure shown in Figure 1. In order to extend the service life of the terminal, the following corrosion protection measures have been applied to the steel piles: the tidal range is protected by a combination of coating and sacrificial anode; the sacrificial anode method is used for cathodic protection in underwater and mud areas. So far, the pier has been built for five years, in order to fully understand its anti-corrosion situation. We conducted the following inspections: a comprehensive test of steel pole protection potential; check the corrosion of steel pile water level change area; submersible aluminum anode corrosion dissolution margin size and underwater video recording inspection aluminum anode surface dissolution.
