所谓“原创意识”,是借了音乐界的一个“原创乐曲”的说法,套用到编辑工作的认识确立上来的。也就是要说明:编辑工作是一项具有原创性(或说具有创作性或独创性)的工作。 所以要谈编辑(本文以报纸编辑为参照系)的“原创意识”,是基于这样一个认知前提——长期以来,编辑工作未受到足够的重视。被看作是被动地在别人劳动成果上修修补补、编编删删,毫无生机、毫无主动性、创造性可言,至多也就是个在他人的劳动、他人的创作基础之上的“再创作”而已。因而,要突破一种认识上的樊篱,要提倡一种全新的编辑工作价值观。而对编辑及编辑工作响亮地提出“原创意识”的要求,不管是从主观上,还是从客观上,无论
