采用差热分析(DTA)与差动扫描分析(DSC)两种热分析方法研究了固体药物对乙酰氮基酚的分解动力学,测定了此药物的热分解反应级数与分解活化能及频率因子。两种方法测得热分解反应级数均为1/3级,DTA法测得热分解活化能E为117.4kj·mol~(-1),频率因子A为6.69×10~7s~(-1)。DSC法测得热分解活化能E为118.38kj·mol~(-1),频率因子A为1.45×10~8S~(-1)。两种方法所得结果基本一致,且动力学方程线性相关性好,相关系数均在0.998以上。
The thermal decomposition kinetics of acetylated nitrophenol was studied by differential thermal analysis (DTA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The thermal decomposition reaction order, decomposition activation energy and frequency factor. The thermal decomposition reaction orders of the two methods were all 1/3, the thermal decomposition activation energy E was 117.4kj · mol -1 by DTA method, the frequency factor A was 6.69 × 10 ~ 7s ~ (-1) ). The thermal decomposition activation energy E was 118.38 kj · mol -1 by DSC and the frequency factor A was 1.45 × 10 -8 s -1. The results obtained by the two methods are basically the same, and the linear correlation of the kinetic equation is good with the correlation coefficients above 0.998.
