在回顾金卫工程发展进程的基础上,分析存在的问题,提出一些新见解。指出在建设金卫工程和中国信息高速公路的同时必须坚持独立自主地建设有中国特色大型综合文献数据库的原则。
On the basis of reviewing the development process of Jinwei Project, the existing problems are analyzed and some new opinions are put forward. It is pointed out that we must adhere to the principle of building a large-scale comprehensive literature database with Chinese characteristics independently and autonomously while building Jin-Wei Project and China Information Superhighway.
