读者服务工作是图书馆工作的核心,体现着图书馆的存在价值。随着信息技术日新月异地发展以及网络的日益普及,作为传统文献服务机构的图书馆,其职能和社会功能正在受到新技术发展所带来的挑战,特别是图书馆的读者服务工作,也面临着新形势的冲击和挑战。笔者以所在的双城市图书馆为例,深入分析当前县级图书馆读者服务工作面临的新形势、新挑战,以及读者服务存在的问题,并就如何创新读者服务工作进行探讨。一、当前县级图书馆读者服务工作存在的问题
