目的了解科学城辖区传染病发病情况,为本辖区传染病防治工作提供相关资料,为疾病预防控制机构针对相关传染病采取相应防治措施提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法,根据《中国疾病预防控制信息系统.疾病监测信息报告管理系统》科学城辖区2011年传染病网络直报数据,分析科学城辖区传染病发病情况。结果科学城辖区2011年法定传染病发病率为715.57/10万,高于全国报告法定传染病发病率;呼吸道传染病的发病有明显的季节性;儿童、学生是肠道、呼吸道传染病的高发人群。结论肠道、呼吸道传染病仍是今后传染病防治的重点,应加强学校、幼托机构传染病预防控制工作。
Objective To understand the incidence of infectious diseases in the area of Science City and to provide relevant information for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the area under its jurisdiction and provide evidences for the prevention and control agencies of diseases to take corresponding prevention and cure measures against relevant infectious diseases. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the incidence of infectious diseases in the area under the jurisdiction of the Science City in accordance with the Direct Infectious Diseases Network in 2011 in the report of China Disease Prevention and Control Information System and Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System. Results The incidence rate of notifiable infectious diseases in Science City Jurisdiction was 715.57 / 100,000 in 2011, higher than the nationally reported incidence of notifiable infectious diseases; the incidence of respiratory infectious diseases was obviously seasonal; children and students were high in intestinal and respiratory infectious diseases crowd. Conclusions Intestinal and respiratory infectious diseases are still the focus of future prevention and control of infectious diseases. Prevention and control of infectious diseases in schools and childcare institutions should be strengthened.
