临江场地的砂层一般较深厚且与外江水位连通,当外江水位较高时,会导致严重的基坑排水抗渗问题以及建筑物的永久抗浮问题。本文对一临江基坑的实际工程进行渗流分析,地下室底板直接坐落在砂层上,地下水对地下室底板造成较大的扬压力,而且地下水溢出对地下室底板施工造成较大困难。根据该工程特点,同时针对雨季时江水位具有骤升骤降的性质,本文提出盲沟排水减压方案,有效解决基坑开挖时的基坑排水问题,也为地下室永久抗浮问题提供了设计参数及解决方案。
The sandstones of Linjiang site are generally thicker and connected with the water level of the outer river. When the water level of the outer river is high, it will lead to serious drainage impermeability problems and permanent anti-floating of the building. In this paper, the seepage analysis of a practical project of a Linjiang foundation pit is carried out. The basement floor of the basement is located directly on the sand floor. The groundwater causes a great uplift pressure on the floor of the basement, and overflowing groundwater causes great difficulties in the basement floor construction. According to the characteristics of the project, at the same time, in view of the nature of sudden drop of river water level during the rainy season, this paper proposes a blind ditch drainage decompression scheme that effectively solves the foundation pit drainage problems during foundation excavation and also provides a permanent anti-flooding problem in the basement Design parameters and solutions.
