襄阳航力机电技术发展有限公司电机事业部电机装配班是一个团结、进取、实力扎实的班组。该班组现有组员11人。主要承担战车发电机、航空电动机、民用电机的装配、试验及返修等工作。2016年电机产品任务繁重,产品交付期紧,电机装配班作为产品交付前的最后一道工序,承受着较大的交付压力,为确保完成全年的产值目标,该班组组员同心协力,克服重重困难,加班加点抢任务,全年完成各种电机的装配、试验、返修共计5500余台。
