本文拟探讨急性心肌梗塞(AMI)住性患者QRS记分、∑R与左心功能的关系,以及利用常规心电图(ECG)预测AMI患者左心功能的可能性。一、资料与方法(一)一般资料:22例为经临床症状、ECG及血清酶变化证实的AMI患者。男17例,女5例,平均年龄58岁(30～91岁)。
This article investigates the relationship between QRS score, ΣR and left ventricular function in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), and the possibility of using traditional electrocardiogram (ECG) to predict left ventricular function in patients with AMI. First, the data and methods (a) general information: 22 cases of clinical symptoms, ECG and serum enzyme changes confirmed AMI patients. There were 17 males and 5 females, with an average age of 58 years (30-91 years).
