】以泥炭、木屑、煤渣和蛭石为材料合成的12种基质进行甜瓜育苗试验。结果表明,高量木屑、蛭石,泥炭、蛭石,泥炭、木屑以及泥炭中量、煤渣低量、木屑高量4组合的基质较好。春季育苗时,基质孔隙度是甜瓜幼苗生长速度和质量的主要影响因素,有机质含量较高的基质对幼苗生长无明显的促进作用。不同基质对甜瓜幼苗的根长、叶面积、茎叶和根干重影响较大,对茎粗、株高影响不大。基质对幼苗的叶绿素含量、根系活力等有明显的影响。播种后14~21天内,基质对甜瓜幼苗的生长影响很大,全株干重的日增长量相差1.201mg/d;播种30天以后,甜瓜幼苗的干物重增加明显减缓。浇施营养液的甜瓜幼苗生长势和生长量明显优于基质中加生物肥料的营养方式。
】 Peat, wood chips, cinder and vermiculite as the material synthesis of 12 kinds of substrate for melon nursery test. The results showed that the medium with high amount of sawdust, vermiculite, peat, vermiculite, peat, sawdust and peat, low amount of coal cinder and high amount of sawdust was better. During spring nursery, the matrix porosity was the main factor affecting the growth and quality of muskmelon seedlings. The medium with higher organic matter had no obvious effect on seedling growth. The effects of different substrates on root length, leaf area, stem and leaf dry weight of muskmelon seedlings were significant, but had little effect on stem diameter and plant height. The matrix had obvious effects on the chlorophyll content and root vigor of seedlings. Within 14-21 days after sowing, the substrate had a great influence on the growth of muskmelon seedlings, and the daily growth of whole plant was 1.201 mg / d. After 30 days, the increase of dry weight of muskmelon seedlings obviously slowed down. The growth potential and growth of muskmelon seedlings infused with nutrient solution were significantly better than those with biofertilizer.
