通过溶胶-凝胶法合成LiMnPO4/C锂离子电池复合材料,采用XRD、SEM和电化学性能测试对LiMnPO4/C进行性能表征。XRD研究表明,在500°C下能够合成得到纯的LiMnPO4;SEM研究表明,柠檬酸作为螯合剂和碳源能有效地抑制LiMnPO4/C颗粒的长大。在500°C下烧结10h合成的LiMnPO4/C样品的电化学性能最好,首次放电容量为122.6mA·h/g,以0.05C倍率循环30次后其容量为112.4mA·h/g。
The LiMnPO4 / C lithium ion battery composites were synthesized by sol-gel method. The properties of LiMnPO4 / C were characterized by XRD, SEM and electrochemical tests. XRD studies show that pure LiMnPO4 can be synthesized at 500 ° C. SEM studies show that citric acid can effectively inhibit the growth of LiMnPO4 / C particles as chelating agent and carbon source. The electrochemical performance of the LiMnPO4 / C samples sintered at 500 ° C for 10h was the best. The first discharge capacity was 122.6mA · h / g, and the capacity was 112.4mA · h / g after 30 cycles at 0.05C.
