本文对进展期癌、复发癌引起的癌性狭窄,主张积极采用内镜激光治疗。对象和方法自1980年至1985年6月共治疗上消化道狭窄患者55例,其中激光治疗35例、高频率切开4例、内镜探条法13例,其他3例。治疗次数依次分别为97次、5次、20次、8次,共130次。狭窄种类有良性狭窄24例,均为术后疤痕狭窄,用激光治疗7例;恶性狭窄均为不能切除的胃癌、食道癌及术后复发病例共31
This article for advanced cancer, cancer recurrence caused by cancer, advocated the use of endoscopic laser treatment. Subjects and Methods From 1980 to June 1985 a total of 55 cases of upper gastrointestinal stenosis were treated, including 35 cases of laser treatment, high frequency incision in 4 cases, endoscopic scanning method in 13 cases, the other 3 cases. The treatment times were 97 times, 5 times, 20 times, 8 times, a total of 130 times. The narrow type of benign stenosis in 24 cases, all postoperative scar stenosis, laser treatment of 7 cases; malignant stenosis were unresectable gastric cancer, esophageal cancer and postoperative recurrence of a total of 31 cases
