通过回顾已有的文献,提出了基于非交易类虚拟社区中知识共享影响因素间的理论框架及研究模型,研究信任、态度、感知质量和感知价值对知识共享影响情况,其中感知价值分为五个部分:了解动态、娱乐、朋友关系、信息获取及转换成本;知识共享分为:网上问答频率和网上问答质量。并通过设计调查问卷并运用统计软件SPSS17.0对收集到的有效数据进行分析,实证结果表明:信任和态度对用户感知质量和感知价值影响显著;信任、感知质量和感知价值对知识共享影响显著,而态度对知识共享没有直接影响。
By reviewing the existing literature, this paper proposes a theoretical framework and research model based on the factors influencing knowledge sharing in non-transactional virtual communities, and studies the influence of trust, attitude, perceived quality and perceived value on knowledge sharing. The perceived value is divided into five Part: Understand the dynamics, entertainment, friend relationships, information acquisition and conversion costs; knowledge sharing is divided into: online Q & A frequency and Q & A quality. And through the design of the questionnaire and the use of statistical software SPSS17.0 analysis of valid data collected, the empirical results show that trust and attitude have significant impact on user perceived quality and perceived value; trust, perceived quality and perceived value have a significant impact on knowledge sharing , While attitudes have no direct impact on knowledge sharing.
