目的:探讨广藿香苗期生长及其抗氧化酶活性对盐胁迫的响应,为发展广藿香在盐碱地种植提供依据。方法:采用不同浓度的NaC l溶液(配成Hoagland液)处理盆栽广藿香扦插苗,盐胁不同时间后测定株高,鲜(干)重,根系活力,叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,细胞膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:NaC l胁迫抑制了苗期广藿香生长发育,低浓度短时间盐胁迫(低于20 mmol.L-1和9 d)间差异不显著。但随着NaC l溶液浓度升高和胁迫时间的延长,广藿香植株鲜(干)重、生长速率、干物质增长速率均呈明显下降趋势;叶片细胞膜透性和MDA含量持续升高,膜脂过氧化作用加强;而根系活力,SOD,CAT,POD活性在低NaC l浓度下上升,高浓度下则下降。结论:广藿香生长对NaC l胁迫的响应具有浓度和时间的依赖性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the response of seedling growth and antioxidant enzyme activity to salt stress in patchouli and provide the basis for the development of patchouli in saline-alkali soil. Methods: Cucumber seedlings were treated with different concentrations of NaC l solution (dubbed Hoagland liquid), and the plant height, fresh weight, dry weight, root activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) , Peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) activity, cell membrane permeability and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Results: NaC l inhibited the growth and development of patchouli at seedling stage, while no significant difference was observed between low concentration of short-time salt stress (less than 20 mmol.L-1 and 9 d). However, the fresh (dry) weight, the growth rate and the dry matter growth rate of patchouli plants decreased with the increase of NaC l concentration and the prolongation of stress time. The membrane permeability and MDA content of the leaves continued to increase. Lipid peroxidation enhanced; while root activity, SOD, CAT, POD activity increased at low concentrations of NaC 1, but decreased at high concentrations. Conclusion: The response of patchouli to NaC l stress has a concentration-dependent and time-dependent manner.
