本文报道自1983年起所施行5例异体肾上腺移植的疗效观察。3例为阿狄森氏病,2例为Cushing’s病施行双侧肾上腺全切除术者。肾上腺皆采自新鲜尸体。供-受体同血型。对移植技术作了详尽描述。5例肾上腺皆移植在腹股沟部。移植后2周停止激素治疗,作6～18月随访观察。肾上腺生理功能的定期测
This article reports the effect of 5 allograft adrenal transplantations performed since 1983. Three patients had Addison’s disease and 2 patients had Cushing’s disease treated with bilateral adrenalectomy. The adrenal glands are harvested from fresh corpses. The donor-recipient is the same as the blood group. The transplant technology is described in detail. Five cases of adrenal glands were transplanted in the groin. Hormone therapy was stopped 2 weeks after transplantation and was followed up for 6-18 months. Regular measurement of adrenal physiological function
