在改革开放之后,我国的饭店行业有了十分明显的进步,有传统的管理模式更新为现代化的科学管理,通过对员工的合理化要求和管理,促进饭店经济利益的提高和进一步发展。而目前摆在饭店行业中最为严重的问题就是人员流失问题,如何有效降低人员流失问题,减少饭店人才的损失,就是当下饭店管理者的主要研究对象。本文主要就基于心理契约的我国饭店员工流失问题进行简要的叙述,说明良好的心理契约对饭店发展的重要性。
After the reform and opening up, China’s hotel industry has made significant progress. The traditional management model has been updated to modern scientific management. Through the rationalization and management of employees, the hotel’s economic interests have been promoted and further developed. At present, the most serious problem in the hotel industry is the problem of staff turnover. How to effectively reduce the staff turnover problem and reduce the loss of hotel personnel is the main research object of current hotel managers. This article mainly describes the problem of the loss of hotel staff in our country based on the psychological contract, and illustrates the importance of a good psychological contract to the hotel development.
