目的:观察比较虹膜定位联合波前像差引导的LASIK与常规LASIK治疗近视散光的临床疗效。方法:选取柱镜≥-1.0D的近视散光149例(228眼),随机分为观察组(76例,118眼)和对照组(73例,110眼),分别接受虹膜定位联合波前像差引导的LASIK治疗和常规LASIK治疗,分别比较术后3个月裸眼视力、屈光度、残余散光度和高阶像差。结果:术后3个月,观察组裸眼视力显著优于对照组(P<0.05),屈光度和残余散光度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组总高阶像差均较术前显著增加(P<0.05);观察组各项高阶像差均低于对照组,其中总高阶像差、彗差、球差及6阶像差两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:虹膜定位联合波前像差引导的LASIK治疗近视散光,疗效优于常规LASIK治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of iris localization combined with wavefront guided LASIK and conventional LASIK in the treatment of myopic astigmatism. Methods: A total of 149 cases (228 eyes) of myopic astigmatism ≥ 1.0 D were selected and randomly divided into observation group (76 eyes, 118 eyes) and control group (73 eyes, 110 eyes) Poorly guided LASIK and conventional LASIK. Visual acuity, refraction, residual astigmatism and higher-order aberrations of the uncorrected visual acuity were compared at 3 months after operation. Results: At 3 months after operation, the uncorrected visual acuity of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the diopter and residual astigmatism were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). All the high-order aberrations in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The total high-order aberrations, coma, spherical aberration and the sixth-order aberrations were significantly different (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: Iris positioning combined with wavefront guided LASIK treatment of myopic astigmatism, the effect is better than conventional LASIK treatment.
