随着经济建设的飞速发展,模块化参数化设计已经成为当今制造业产品的主要设计模式,成为企业快速占领市场和开发新产品的必备手段。以行星传动电动葫芦作为研究对象,以Pro/E为设计平台,研究了行星传动电动葫芦基于模块化的参数化设计技术,研究了模块化参数化技术的基本原理及实现方法,在很大程度上改良了传统设计模式的弊端,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计质量和效率,适应了企业的快速发展。最后以行星传动电动葫芦的卷筒组为例,讨论了模块化参数化的实现方法,取得了较好的结果。
With the rapid development of economic construction, the modular parametric design has become the main design mode of the manufacturing products today, becoming an indispensable means for enterprises to quickly occupy the market and develop new products. Taking the planetary transmission electric hoist as the research object and Pro / E as the design platform, the modular parametric design technology of the planetary transmission electric hoist is studied. The basic principle and the realization method of the modular parametric technology are studied. To a large extent On the improvement of the traditional design patterns of the drawbacks, shorten the design cycle, improve the design quality and efficiency, to adapt to the rapid development of enterprises. Finally, taking the reel set of planetary transmission hoist as an example, the realization of modularization parameterization is discussed, and the better result is obtained.
