税费改革和新农村建设,对农村基层组织建设提出了新的更高的要求。白山市江源区委积极探索对村级干部的监督管理,推行了以承诺制为主要内容的“三诺一考”管理办法,解决了村干部监督管理工作中的难点问题,密切了党群干群关系,促进了全区农村经济社会的发展。
The reform of taxes and fees and the building of new countryside have set new and higher requirements for the construction of rural grass-roots organizations. The Baishan City Jiangyuan District Committee actively explored the supervision and management of village-level cadres and implemented the “Three-Numbered One Examination” management approach that takes promissory system as the main content to solve the difficulties in the supervision and management of village cadres. The relationship between cadres and masses in the party and the masses has promoted the economic and social development in the rural areas in the whole region.
