针对上覆砂土复合地层条件中进行矿山法隧道施工遇到的开挖面突泥、超挖引起过大地层扰动等问题,提出了利用水压光面爆破的应对方法。根据上覆砂土花岗岩地质条件及隧道开挖要求,计算确定爆破施工参数。利用计算得到的炮眼密集系数及钻孔装药量等参数,可进行钻孔内装药结构设计以及开挖面起爆网络设计。水压光面爆破在复合地层中的应用,可达到精确控制开挖轮廓且高效安全施工的效果,具有推广和借鉴意义。
Aimed at the problems of overburden caused by overburden caused by mining tunneling in overburden sand and soil strata, the countermeasures of using water pressure smooth blasting are put forward. According to the overlying sand granite geological conditions and tunnel excavation requirements, calculate and confirm the blasting construction parameters. The calculated blasthole density coefficient and the amount of drilling charge can be used to design the structure of the charge in the borehole and the design of the excavation surface initiation network.
