研究目的:进一步深入研究无砟轨道的运营安全性,为研究无砟轨道路涵过渡段的动力学特性积累数据资料,铁道部集中组织了遂渝铁路无砟轨道综合实车试验。研究结论:相对重载货物列车而言,动车组具有轴重轻、车辆减振性能好等特点,CA砂浆层承受的动应力较小,对线路的动力作用较不显著。相对行车速度而言,车辆轴重对CA砂浆层动应力的影响较为显著。车辆的轴重和行车速度对过渡段范围动应力沿线路纵向分布规律的影响不大。
Research purposes: To further study the operational safety of ballastless orbit, in order to study the dynamic characteristics of ballastless culvert transitional section of accumulated data, the Ministry of Railways concentrated on the Su-Yu railway ballastless track integrated real vehicle test. Research conclusions: Compared with heavy goods trains, the EMUs have the characteristics of light axle weight and good vehicle vibration damping performance. The CA mortar layer has less dynamic stress and less dynamic force on the line. Relative to the driving speed, the impact of vehicle axle load on the dynamic stress of CA mortar is more significant. The axle load and driving speed of the vehicle have little effect on the longitudinal distribution of dynamic stress along the transitional section.
