通过电流密度的变化研究了电镀锌铁合金中镀层铁含量和电流效率的变化规律;并对锌铁合金的沉积机理进行了探讨。实验结果表明:本文所选用的电镀工艺能够在黄铜基体上沉积铁含量在0.3wt%以下的锌铁合金。并结合电流效率找到了锌铁合金沉积的最佳电流密度范围。
The variation of iron content and current efficiency in electrogalvanized iron alloy was studied by the change of current density. The deposition mechanism of zinc-iron alloy was also discussed. The experimental results show that the electroplating process selected in this paper can deposit Zn-Fe alloy with 0.3wt% Fe on the brass matrix. Combined with the current efficiency, the optimum current density range of zinc-iron alloy deposition was found.
