目的:改进原碳酸盐透析B液的制备工艺(75%乙醇消毒处理),找出细菌污染的原因、部位,提出控制微生物感染的具体方法。方法:在改进工艺中两次加入注射用活性炭(活化处理)吸附细菌、热原,使用0.5%健之素高效消毒剂消毒处理,在10万级洁净环境下,对两种制备工艺、消毒方法配制的B液分别放置72,120,168h,用琼脂培养基作细菌培养,作细菌学对比实验。结果:原制备工艺生产的B液,细菌菌落数均值为103.8,271.3,478.8CFU/mL;改进工艺后所生产的B液,细菌菌落数均值为2.1,5.5,11.1CFU/mL。结论:改进后的工艺合理,健之素高效消毒剂有效,细菌数得到控制,所配制的B液放置168h内细菌控制符合质量标准。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the preparation process of original dialysis solution B (75% ethanol disinfection), to find out the causes and sites of bacterial contamination and to propose specific methods for controlling microbial infection. Methods: Bacterium and pyrogen were added into activated carbon for injection (activated treatment) twice in the improved process, and disinfected with 0.5% The prepared liquid B were placed 72,120,168 h, respectively, with agar culture medium for bacteriological experiments. Results: The number of bacterial colonies was 103.8, 271.3 and 478.8 CFU / mL, respectively. The average number of bacterial colonies in liquid B was 2.1, 5.5 and 11.1 CFU / mL. Conclusion: The improved technology is reasonable. The effective antibacterial agent of Jianzhusuan is effective and the number of bacteria is controlled. The bacterial control of B liquid prepared within 168 hours accords with the quality standard.
