通过组织手工测量与自动测量方式的对比试验,分析得出两种测量方式之间的差异。试验结果表明,手工测量与自动测量的断后伸长率之间的差异是客观存在的,断裂位置是决定手工测量与自动测量之间差异大小的决定性因素。当金属材料断后伸长率的测量要求比较精确时,应采用手工测量的方式,从而保证得到的是材料自身真实的断后伸长率。
Through the organization of manual measurement and automatic measurement of contrast test, analysis of the difference between the two measurement methods. The experimental results show that the difference between the elongation at break measured by manual measurement and that measured by automatic measurement is objective and that the location of fracture is the decisive factor that determines the difference between manual measurement and automatic measurement. When the metal elongation after fracture measurement requirements more accurate, manual measurement methods should be used to ensure that the material is obtained after the actual elongation at break.
