在油井特别是深井和超深井的套管柱设计中,对卡瓦内悬挂管柱承载能力进行分析是十分重要的。提出了一种解析计算方法,将管柱视为薄壳,分别按照第三强度理论和第四强度理论计算了卡瓦内管柱的弹性承载能力,并用有限元方法和原尺寸套管的实物试验分别对该方法进行了验证。结果表明,解析计算结果与有限元计算结果和实测结果比较吻合,这种解析方法可以作为卡瓦内管柱弹性承载能力的计算公式。
It is very important to analyze the bearing capacity of the suspended pipe string in a well, especially for deep and ultra-deep wells. An analytical method is proposed to consider the pipe string as a thin shell. The elastic carrying capacity of the Kavanel string is calculated according to the third strength theory and the fourth strength theory respectively. The finite element method and the actual size The method was verified by experiments. The results show that the analytical results are in good agreement with the finite element results and the measured ones. This analytical method can be used as the formula to calculate the elastic bearing capacity of the Kavane pipe string.
