目的:研究不同激素、不同浸种温度与时间对瘤毛獐牙菜种子萌发的影响。方法:在不同浸种温度与时间条件下,通过不同浓度的赤霉素、吲哚丁酸、碳酸钠处理瘤毛獐牙菜种子,测定其发芽势与发芽率。结果:不同浓度赤霉素浸种对瘤毛獐牙菜种子发芽势与发芽率的影响均达极显著水平,吲哚丁酸处理组差异不显著,碳酸钠处理组没有发芽。结论:赤霉素不同浓度处理瘤毛獐牙菜种子,能够显著提高其发芽率与发芽势。
Objective: To study the effects of different hormones and different soaking temperature and time on the seed germination of Swertia. Methods: Under different temperature and time of soaking seeds, the seeds of Swertia frugiperda were treated with GA3, indole butyric acid and sodium carbonate at different concentrations. The germination energy and germination rate were determined. Results: The effects of different concentrations of gibberellic soaking on the germination potential and germination rate of Swertia denudata were extremely significant, but there was no significant difference between indole butyric acid treatment and sodium carbonate treatment. Conclusion: GA3 treatment of different concentrations of Swertia punctatus seeds can significantly improve the germination rate and germination potential.
