目的研究藏茵陈的质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法建立藏茵陈药材的指纹图谱,收集了19批样品进行测定,并使用主成分分析对指纹图谱进行了模式识别研究,采用HPLC-MS技术对色谱峰进行了初步归属。结果对11个主要色谱峰进行了指认,通过主成分分析可知,獐芽菜苦苷和当药醇苷为藏茵陈质量控制中比较重要的指标。结论本方法为藏茵陈药材的质量综合评价和资源合理利用奠定了基础。
Objective To study the quality control methods of Tibetan yam. Methods HPLC fingerprint of Tibetan medicine was established. Nineteen batches of samples were collected and identified by principal component analysis (PCA). The HPLC-MS was used to identify the peaks. The results of 11 major chromatographic peaks were identified by principal component analysis shows that swertia glycosides and when the drug glycosides of Tibetan marianum quality control more important indicators. Conclusion This method lays a foundation for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Tibetan Medicine Medicinal Herbs and the rational utilization of resources.
