装修不是件简单的事情,过程中总会遇到各种问题:有预算不清,设计出错,施工现场与设计图纸不符,材料变更、项目变更,而导致费用随之增加的问题,一到结算,实际费用远远超出预算,却不知“贵”在哪里,最后沟通、服务也总不尽人意。如果能找到一家做事严谨的公司、沟通顺畅,服务态度一直秉持高水准,设计、施工、售后等都有标准流程,也就可以安安心了。这样可行吗?就拿松下盛一公司的设计举例,看看他们规范化的做法和流程管理,就知道了。
Renovation is not a simple matter. There are always problems in the process: there are problems with budget, design errors, inconsistency between construction sites and design drawings, changes in materials, changes in projects, and the resulting increase in costs. The actual cost far exceeds the budget, but I don’t know where the “expensive” is. Finally, communication and service are always unsatisfactory. If we can find a company that does rigorous work, communication is smooth, service attitude has been upholding a high standard, design, construction, after-sales, etc. have a standard process, you can feel at ease. Is this feasible? Take Panasonic Shengyi’s design examples for example, and look at their standardized practices and process management.
