在城市居民生活中,生活用煤的购买和运输,由于费时间、劳动强度大,一直是个令人头痛的问题。多年来,群众非常希望社会商业服务性行业提供方便、满意的服务。无锡市燃料公司综合居民的不同情况、不同需求,在1985年创造并开始实行“二定一线”组合服务法,“二定一线”,即定点、定时、直线送煤。这种方法要求把群众各不相同的需要分类组合排列,从中求得最佳日服务量与需要量的结合点。
In the life of urban residents, the purchase and transportation of coal for daily use has always been a headache because of time and labor intensity. For many years, the people very much hope that the social business service industry will provide convenient and satisfactory services. Wuxi City Fuel Company’s comprehensive residents have different conditions and different needs. In 1985, they created and began to implement the “two fixed and one line” combination service method, “two sets of one line”, that is fixed, regular, straight coal delivery. This method requires that the needs of the masses be categorized and grouped, and that the best combination of daily service volume and demand volume be obtained.
