耕田人说,搞农业如果不懂得三分种七分管理的道理,那就等于只知耕耘不知收成。搞“三来一补”业务也如此,我们应该懂得“三分办、七分管”的哲理。不然的话,只热衷于洽谈办厂而不愿花心神、花力气去管厂,甚至认为一包了事,又怕管得严得罪了外商老板不好办。如此懒惰的精仔哲学将使事与愿违,日后工作更麻烦、危机更四起。当然,在我省“三来一补”工厂企业的管理,是开放改革之后才出现的新课题,但企业管理毕竟是一门科学,来不得半点虚假。虽有十几年的经验,但还不够,仍需向致力于这行工作的同仁学习,学习再学习;还要善于总结,勇于探索,大胆开拓;省市有关主管部门也应及时组织多种形式的管理经验交流,表彰在管理方面有创造、有成绩的能人志士,推动全省“三来一补”业务管理上台阶,出效益。
