近十年来,我国中小学以有效教学为主题开展了形式多样的课堂教学改革,这些改革的实施模式和表现形式虽然不尽相同,但却都有一个共同的特点:“先学后教”。在初中阶段,一些学校的改革影响最大,成效显著,成为全国关注的焦点。鉴于这种情况,我校结合具体实情,学习并借鉴了“洋思”模式,制定了适合我校学情的导学案。经过了五年多的摸索和探究,我校的教学效果初见成效,现结合近五年来使用导学案的教学经验,我谈谈自己的认识:
