应用肌电图仪测试正常人和豚鼠眼支、口支的传导速度。结果,眼支传导速度快,并发现口肌受双侧面神经支配现象。测试强度─时间曲线阈值,眼肌运动,点的阈值比口肌的低。计测豚鼠、兔的眼支和口支神经纤维直径,眼支的神经纤维直径大。扫描电镜观察眼支运动终板的次级突触间隙比口支的大。根据各自的生理学和解剖学特点,阐明了眼肌易受损伤的机理。
Application of electromyograph test normal and guinea pig eyes, mouth branch of the conduction velocity.
