患者男性,21岁,住院号31161。1983年8月2日入院。主诉:右鼻前庭红肿、疼痛五天。患者自诉于7月27日开始发现右前鼻孔内有一芝麻大小肿物,局部红肿胀痛,范围逐渐扩大至同侧上唇,并有灼热感。由于患者本人缺乏卫生常识而自行挖鼻及局部挤压。于8月2日早上发现同侧上唇、面颊部肿胀加重伴右侧头痛、低热,但无明显畏寒恶心、呕吐。
Patient Male, 21 years old, hospital number 31161. Admitted to hospital on August 2, 1983. Chief complaint: Right nasal vestibule, pain for five days. Patients’ self-indictment started on July 27 and found that there was a sesame size tumor in the right anterior nostril. The local swelling and swelling pain gradually widened to the ipsilateral upper lip with burning sensation. Due to the lack of hygiene knowledge, patients dig their own nose and squeeze locally. On the morning of August 2, ipsilateral upper lip was found. The swelling of the cheeks was accompanied by an increase in headache and fever on the right side, but no obvious aversion to nausea and vomiting.
