苯甲酸雌二醇的辐射防护作用国外早有报道,但大多限于小动物预防用药。我们自1971年开始,对该药的升白细胞作用、抗辐射效价、用药时间与剂量的有效范围以及药物代谢等方面问题,进行了比较系统的观察,证明苯甲酸雌二醇不仅对小鼠预防有效,而且,不论照前或照后用药,对经~(60)Co γ射线照射造成中度和重度急性放射损伤的狗均有良好疗效。其辐射防护作用与保护造血细胞、促使粒系细胞提前恢复有密切关系。为了进一步阐明其对造血干细胞的作用机理,以便更合理地使用此类辐射防治药物,本文着重研究苯甲酸雌二醇对小鼠骨髓粒系祖细胞(CFU-C)和脾结节形成单位(CFU-S)辐射损伤和修复的影响。
