急性肾衰竭指的是多种原因导致的肾脏生理功能急剧减低甚至丧失,进而引起一系列生理变化的情况。小儿急性肾衰竭属于儿科临床危重症,具有逐年上升的趋势,且死亡率很高。小儿急性肾衰竭的早期诊断和积极治疗对挽救患儿的生命,改善其预后有重要意义。本文研究的主要目标在于明确小儿急性肾衰竭的诊断标准,并从多方面分析其治疗情况。 Acute renal failure refers to a variety of physiological functions caused by a sharp reduction or even loss of the kidneys, which led to a series of physiological changes. Pediatric acute renal failure is a clinical pediatric critical illness, with a rising trend year after year, and the mortality rate is high. Early diagnosis and active treatment of acute renal failure in children is of great significance in saving children’s life and improving their prognosis. The main goal of this study is to determine the diagnostic criteria for acute renal failure in children and to analyze the treatment in many aspects.
