基于分析巷道交岔点围岩变形破坏机理,对巷道交岔点支护方案进行了比较分析,提出将锚索U钢梁联合支护应用于巷道交岔点,并对巷道交岔点进行了支护设计。方案实施后,利用十字观测法,对巷道围岩变形进行了观测,顶底板最大移近量为70 mm,两帮最大移近量为61 mm。巷道交岔点成型后,顶板无网片开裂现象,锚索U钢梁联合支护效果较好。
Based on the analysis of surrounding rock deformation and failure mechanism at roadway intersection, the support and support schemes of roadway crossing are comparatively analyzed. It is proposed that the joint support of anchor steel U-beam and girder is applied to the crossing of roadway, Support design. After the implementation of the program, the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway was observed by using the cross observation method. The maximum displacement of the roof and floor was 70 mm and the maximum displacement of the two supports was 61 mm. After the roadway crossing point is formed, the roof does not have the phenomenon of mesh cracking, and the joint support of the U steel beam with anchor cable is better.
