案例教学法由于在职业能力培养方面具有独特的优势,晚近以来在我国备受青睐。由于我国以讲授法为主的传统教学模式存在易于导致知识与能力脱节、不利于激发学生学习的主动性和创造性、缺少职业思维方面的训练、没有顾及真正意义上的职业素质培养等多方面的弊端,教育部启动了卓越工程师、卓越法律人才教育培养计划,着力培养创新能力强、能适应经济社会发展需要的高质量人才。在这一背景下,案例教学法自然会更受追捧。毋庸置疑,案例教学法的确是一种很好的教学
