针对以碳酸镧铈为原料制备稀土抛光粉工艺对F所起的作用进行了研究,采用XRD、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜等分析手段对含F与不含F抛光粉进行对比分析。结果表明,F的加入使抛光粉的物相组成发生了变化,生成了新的物相CeLa_2O_3F_3;另外,通过对两种稀土抛光粉进行SEM分析得出,F的加入促进了抛光粉晶体的团聚,使其团聚颗粒尺寸增大,但从XRD的数据分析看,F对CeO_2的晶粒尺寸和晶粒形貌的改变基本没有影响。从抛光粉的研抛性能来看,F的加入促进了抛光粉研削力的增加。
Aiming at the effect of rare earth polishing powder prepared by using lanthanum cerium carbonate as raw material, the effect of F on F was studied. The comparative analysis of F with and without F polishing powder was carried out by means of XRD, SEM and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the addition of F changed the phase composition of the polishing powder, resulting in the formation of a new phase CeLa_2O_3F_3. In addition, SEM analysis of the two rare earth polishing powders showed that the addition of F promoted the agglomeration of the polishing powder , The size of agglomerated particles increased, but from the XRD data analysis, F had no effect on the grain size and grain morphology of CeO 2.
