Fe2O3是一种适合高炉生产的煤粉助燃剂,采用热重-差热分析其助燃机理,表明FeCO-R削弱了碳结构单元间的桥键结合力以及晶格结构改变,使煤粉活化能降低,加速燃烧。通过模拟高炉风口的燃烧条件并收集未燃煤粉,采用XRD和SEM检测方法研究表明:随着助燃剂Fe2O3的加入,未燃煤粉的微晶参数增大,芳香片层的堆砌高度升高0.001 1 nm,层片直径增大0.001 2 nm;Fe2O3使未燃煤粉颗粒的平均粒径减小3.48μm,外观形貌变得不规则。
Fe2O3 is a kind of pulverized coal combustion improver suitable for blast furnace production. The thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis of its combustion mechanism shows that FeCO-R weakens the bridging bonding force and the lattice structure of carbon structural units, Reduce and accelerate burning. By simulating the combustion conditions of blast furnace tuyere and collecting unburned coal powder, the results of XRD and SEM showed that with the addition of Fe2O3, the crystallite parameters of unburned coal powder increased and the stacking height of aromatic sheet increased 0.001 1 nm, and the diameter of the lamella increased by 0.001 2 nm. The average particle size of unburned pulverized coal reduced by 3.48 μm with Fe 2 O 3, and the appearance and morphology became irregular.
