陈椽《安徽茶经》记叙了“祁红”肇始的两种说法:首先是一八七五年余干臣在建德尧渡街创制“祁红”说(清末祁门、建德、浮梁三县的红茶合称“祁红”),其次是一八七六年胡元龙于祁门贵溪创制“祁红”说。李则纲的《安徽历史述要》,安徽农林科学院祁门茶叶研究所的《安徽名茶》,均认定“祁红”肇始于建德。不过,对与之密切相关的其它建德外销茶,尤其是朱兰茶,在省学术界,除了最近出版的《安徽省情工》记载了一鳞半爪外,似一直无人问津,这是很遗憾的。本文由于资料的限制,对此也只能作一点力所能及的探讨。
Chen Jian’s “Anhui Tea” recounts the two versions of the beginning of “Qi Hong”: First, in 1875, Yu Qianchen created “Qi Hong” in Jiande Yao Duo Street (Qimen, Jiande and Fuliang III The county’s black tea is collectively referred to as “Qi Hong”), followed by Hu Yuanlong’s creation of “Qi Hong” in Guiyang in Qimen in 1876. Li Zegang’s “Historical Description of Anhui”, Anhui Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Keemun Institute of Tea, “Anhui famous tea”, all found “Qi Hong” began in Jiande. However, it is regrettable that other Jiande exporting teas, especially Jurant tea, closely related to them, seem to have been neglected in provincial academic circles except for the recently published “Anhui Provincial Emotional Workers” who recorded numerous and half claws. This article because of the limitations of the data, which can only be used as much as possible to explore.
