美国微软公司的Microsoft Project98是众多项目管理软件之一,是对早期几个版本的总结和提高,利用Windows的优点,使项目管理软件的操作更加方便、灵活。长期以来,人们认为它是一般的项目管理软件而忽略了它在建筑施工计划管理领域的功能开发和使用,在南京太阳宫广场施工项目中,项目组利用它的日程安排、资源管理、成本管理、输出及筛选功能和支持网络的能力进行计划的制定、下达和控制,使项目的工期、成本、质量较好地满足了业主的要求。本文根据在太阳宫广场施工项目计划管理中Project98的运用谈一些体会。 一、计划前工作 1.对工程项目进行结构分解。一个工程项目往往包含着许多部分,从一个完整的工程项目到具体的工程活动,必须通过对项目进行结构分解,才可能对工程施工有全面、完整准确的反映。项目结构分解是按系统规则对项目逐级分解,得到不同层次的项目单元,一般用树型结构表达,由上至下分为项目、子项目、任务、子任务、工作包等层次,从而避免制作计划时的缺项、漏项。据此可编制出不同层次的预算、进度计划及各种报表满足不同管理层次的需要,它是
