本文阐述了X光衍射工作中使用闪烁计数管时出现逃逸峰的机理。通过对在不同管电压下,几种实验现象的分析计算,证实了出现的附加花样为当管电压超过33.25KV时,闪烁计数管所引起的逃逸峰。提出了避免其出现的措施。
This article describes the mechanism of escape peaks when using scintillation counting tubes in X-ray diffraction work. Through the analysis and calculation of several experimental phenomena under different tube voltages, it is confirmed that the additional pattern appearing is the escape peak caused by scintillation counting tube when the tube voltage exceeds 33.25KV. Proposed to avoid the emergence of measures.
