应用放射免疫测定法对兔同灶性脑出血和脑缺血性动物模型进行血清ACTH、皮质醇含量进行测定,研究了与脑组织病理改变的相关性,以探讨对H/P/A功能紊乱的机制。脑出血与脑缺血模型急性期血清ACTH、皮质醇含量水平明显高于恢复期、假手术组及正常对照组,以脑出血模型组为明显。恢复期时脑缺血模型组H/P/A功能恢复较差,提示N/P/A功能紊乱程度与脑组织病理损害程度呈正相关。
Serum ACTH and cortisol levels were measured in rabbits with focal cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral ischemic animal models by radioimmunoassay.
