[目的]了解大学新生营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)的现状,抽取695人对其营养状况和饮食行为进行评估。[方法]采用分专业班级整群抽样方法,进行自行设计的营养知识-态度-行为的问卷调查及相关分析。[结果]大学生营养知识不足,其营养知识得分≥80分者为278人,占40.00%,而应用知识得分偏低,≥80分者171人,仅占24.06%;40.29%的学生有不良饮食行为,选择食物较单一,但他们普遍具有良好的营养态度。[结论]加强管理,采取多种方式对大学新生进行营养教育。
[Objective] To understand the current status of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior (KAP) among freshmen in university and to extract 695 people to evaluate their nutritional status and dietary behaviors. [Methods] A sub-professional cluster sampling method was used to conduct self-designed nutrition knowledge-attitude-behavior questionnaire and related analysis. [Results] Undergraduates had inadequate nutrition knowledge, 278 of them had nutrition knowledge score≥80, accounting for 40.00%, while the application knowledge score was low, 171 people ≥80, accounting for only 24.06%; 40.29% of the students had poor diet Behavioral, food choices more single, but they generally have a good nutritional attitude. [Conclusion] To strengthen management and adopt various ways to carry out nutrition education to freshmen.
