1983年9月,我们在陕西省志丹县杏河公社李咀子沟小流域,用通常方法作了1983—1987年的农、林、牧综合治理规划,得到一个经验配置农、林、牧用地的比例结构(表8)。这个经验配置的结构是否合理?合理的程度又如何?解答此问题,当然可以付诸实践,然而实践需要较长的时间。另一方面,近年来运筹学在我国经济建设上的应用有了很大发展,这就为获得上述的最佳结构提供了新的途径和有力工具。一旦最佳结构预先获得,上述问题就可迎刃而解。为此,我们尝试应用运筹学的线性规划方法,对李咀子沟小流域农、林、牧用地配置结构进行优化,从而获得了一定的结果。这个结果表明:最优解的总功能比经验配置的可提高一倍,比现状可提高两倍。
In September 1983, we made a comprehensive management plan for agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry in 1983-1987 in the small watershed of Li Tsui Zi Gou, Xinghe Commune, Zhidan County, Shaanxi Province, and got an experience in allocating the land for farming, forestry and animal husbandry (Table 8). The structure of this experience is reasonable structure? What is reasonable? To answer this question, of course, can put into practice, but practice takes a long time. On the other hand, there has been a great development in the application of operations research in China’s economic construction in recent years, which has provided a new avenue and a powerful tool for obtaining the best structure mentioned above. Once the best structure is obtained in advance, the above problems can be solved. To this end, we try to use operational planning linear programming method, Li Juizigou small watershed farming, forestry, animal husbandry land allocation structure optimization, which obtained some results. This result shows that the optimal solution’s total performance can be doubled compared with the experience configuration, which can be doubled than the current situation.
