【目的/意义】梳理并分析国内外社交类应用持续使用的研究文献,为国内相关研究的深入拓展提供参考和借鉴。【方法/过程】利用文献调研、词频统计和内容分析等方法,从文献数量分布、理论与模型应用和影响因素三个方面展现该主题研究现状。【结果/结论】该领域的研究处于初始阶段;学者们多关注持续使用意愿,而对持续使用行为的研究相对较少;主要以期望确认模型(ECM)和使用与满足理论(UGT)为理论基础;理论扩展和整合式研究占大多数,尚未形成相对固定的理论/模型;价值因素、转换成本、社会影响、隐私风险和习惯等是主要影响因素。
[Purpose / Significance] Combing and analyzing the research literature on the continuous use of social applications at home and abroad, providing reference and reference for the further development of related research in China. Methods / Processes The current research status of the subject is demonstrated from literature review, word frequency statistics and content analysis, from three aspects: number distribution of documents, application of theories and models and influencing factors. [Results / Conclusions] The research in this field is in its infancy; scholars pay more attention to the intention of continuous use and less research on the continuous use behavior; mainly rely on the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) and the Usage and Satisfaction Theory (UGT) as the theory The basic theory, theoretical expansion and integrated research accounted for the majority, but a relatively fixed theory / model has not yet been formed. Value factors, conversion costs, social impacts, privacy risks and habits are the main influencing factors.
