《流量测量和仪表》是作者79年12月在银川市举办的全国节流装置学习班上的一篇讲稿。近来,由于按经济规律办事及节约能源工作的开展,流量计量日益急需,但目前我国流量仪表行业无论产品品种及质量都远不能满足四个现代化的需要。怎样在较短的时间内赶上去,满足国内之急需,缩小与先进国家的差距都是值得讨论的问题。作者试图提出一些带根本性的问题,如怎样对待旧产品(指的是差压、转子、容积、电磁、涡轮等)与新产品(如涡街、超声、激光、热式、相关等)的关系?发展绝对测量法(“干”校法)以解决流量试验装置建设跟不上的问题,流量单位量值的统一与传递的问题,流量试验装置的重要意义及流量对能源利用率提高的重要性等。
