牵引电动机齿轮的研磨要花费大量的时间和体力劳动。为使这一过程机械化,鄂木斯克铁路运输工程学院研制出了一种能使齿轮实现往复一回转运动的夹具,其回转角的范围为30~40°(图1)。上横梁3焊在套圈4上,后者套在齿轮11上并通过限位器5而将转矩传给齿轮。由风动传动装置1和弹簧2产生使齿轮转动所需的力。左侧弹簧的初张力约为右侧弹簧的2~2.5倍。向风动传动装置1中输入空气(压力为4~5公斤/厘米~2)即可使横梁3回转,依靠二个弹簧的张力差来恢复至原始位置。
Traction motor gear grinding to spend a lot of time and manual labor. In order to mechanize this process, OMSK developed a jig that enables the gears to reciprocate and revolve. Air is input into the pneumatic actuator 1 (pressure: 4~5 kg / cm ~ 2) so that the beam 3 can be rotated back to the original position by the tension difference between the two springs.
