为了评估短期禁食对代谢的影响,对8名健康人(对照组)、8名病情稳定的肝硬化患者禁食16小时和22小时后,先后分别静脉滴注3-[~3H]葡萄糖和[~(14)C]棕榈盐酸,然后采用自身对照法研究两组受试者的葡萄糖和脂肪代谢。在对照组中,禁食22小时时血浆游离脂肪酸(FFA)浓度(48%±12%,p<0.02)、FFA转换率(55±14%,p<0.02)、净脂肪氧化率(19%±7%,p<0.05)均较禁食16小时高,血浆酮体浓度也增加,甘油三酯无变化。血浆葡萄糖浓度、葡萄糖转换率和葡萄糖廓清率变化较小,但在禁食22小时后呈明显下降。
In order to assess the effect of short-term fasting on metabolism, eight healthy individuals (control group), eight stable liver cirrhosis patients, were fasted for 16 hours and 22 hours later, respectively, intravenous infusion of 3- [~ 3H] glucose and [~ (14) C] palmitic acid, and then used self-control method to study the glucose and fat metabolism of two groups of subjects. In the control group, plasma free fatty acid (FFA) concentration (48% ± 12%, p <0.02), FFA conversion rate (55 ± 14%, p <0.02), net fat oxidation rate (19% ± 7%, p <0.05) were higher than fasting 16 hours, plasma ketone body concentration also increased, no changes in triglycerides. Plasma glucose concentration, glucose conversion rate and glucose clearance rate changed little, but after 22 hours fasting showed a significant decline.
